There has been very little to no hunting in the past several year on the ranch and the owner says that the hunting is some of the best in the area. Several draws funnel through the property creating a highway for the wildlife. The main draw has a header dam built at the bottom which will retain and hold water for the wildlife in wet times. The dam is just off the property line to the West but backs up the water within the boundaries of this ranch. Wildlife seen on the ranch include Whitetail, hogs, Mouflon, Aoudad, Turkey and dove. The terrain on the ranch ranges from hilltops down to big draws that bisect the property. Another feature you don't see everywhere is the abundance of large Pinion Pines across most of the ranch.
