HEB, medical services, and restaurants can all be found in Jourdanton. The New Ranch has approximately 2,100' of frontage along county road 307. IMPROVEMENTS: A small historical cabin is located on the western boundary. Two water wells are on the property (one currently working). Electricity comes from the North boundary to the middle of the ranch. Good perimeter fencing and some interior cross fencing is there as well. A modest set of cattle pens is around the cabin.
